The incident took place around 10 a.m. Wednesday when the truck tipped over and landed on the corner of the Lakeside Drive house that was recently purchased by new owners, North Salem Police Lt. Andrew Brown said.

"They were lucky the home wasn't crushed," Brown said.

The truck from Osorio Tree Service apparently tipped while doing tree work and landed on the edge of the house.

No one was injured, Brown said.

The truck also knocked down some power lines, NYSEG is working to replace the lines. The boom truck was removed by a tow truck.

Croton Falls firefighters also assisted at the scene.
